Meet the Frontier Property Management Owners
Matthew and Courtney Niemeyer purchased Frontier from the founder, Courtney’s brother Chad Murray in June 2025. The company was founded in 2009 and has grown and prospered into a very successful management company. Courtney and Matthew are very hands on and have loved their new adventure.
They are not new to being entrepreneurs, they currently own a operate a very successful restaurant and they were also owners of a US Cellular cellphone business for 10 plus years.
Courtney has said, “My staff here at Frontier have been very welcoming, and I’m proud to say they have stuck it out during the transition period and rode all the bumps along the way.” We are so lucky to have a very seasoned staff. Some with 8-10 years with Frontier.
Matthew and Courtney are the proud parents to 4 wonderful children, 2 spouses and 1 grandson, who is their pride and joy.
